Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Graphic Designer 2B, all Customers that have not submitted a credit application and been approved by the Graphic Designer 2B accounts department will be required to pay 40% of the project cost before work can begin, and all subsequent balances due are payable upon artwork approval. The downpayment is non-refundable. Graphic Designer 2B reserve the right to refuse completion or delivery of work until past due balances are paid. The Customer shall pay the Graphic Designer 2B costs, charges and expenses directly or indirectly incurred in obtaining or otherwise enforcing payment of outstanding accounts. If, after the project has commenced, subsequent invoices are not paid within 7 days, a 5% “delayed payment” fee will be charged. Further: 10% – Payment due in 10 days from the invoice date, 30% – Payment due in 30 days from the invoice date, 60% – Payment due in 60 days from the invoice date, 90% – Payment due in 90 days from invoice date. The standard graphic design day rate is £440, while the hourly rate is £55. For work completed on Saturdays, the rate is 1.5 times the standard rate, and for Sundays and Bank Holidays, the rate is 2 times the standard rate.
Each project is carefully planned with a specific timeline, including estimated start and completion dates. It is essential that you adhere to this timeline and promptly communicate any revision requests once the project has begun. If we do not receive any communication from you for 30 days, the project will be considered abandoned. In such a scenario, you will not have the right to use any of the work presented to you unless the project has been paid for in full. Additionally, if you reach out to us after the 30-day abandonment period, a start-up fee may be applicable.
New work requested by the Customer and performed by the Graphic Designer 2B after a proposal/estimate has been approved is considered a revision or alteration. If the job changes to the extent that substantially alters the specifications described in the original estimate, Graphic Designer 2B will submit a revised proposal/estimate to the Customer, and both parties must agree to a revised additional fee before further work proceeds. Author’s alterations and other copy changes requested after layouts or mechanicals are completed are billed at the Graphic Designer 2B by standard hourly rates.
Any quotations for graphic design services conveyed through email, messages, WhatsApp, or phone conversations are deemed valid for a period of 10 days from the date of receipt, including any associated deadlines necessitating recalculation. Subsequently, a revised quotation will be provided. The pricing structure is subject to adjustment based on prevailing circumstances and supplementary information.
Cancellation is allowed at any time. However, it’s important to keep in mind that the deposit is non-refundable.
